What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund if we are unable to obtain an EIN for you. This is rare but can occur in circumstances such as incomplete LLC formation, issues with your submitted information, or if the IRS rejects the application for reasons beyond our control. If your application is rejected, we will first attempt to resolve any issues. If we still cannot obtain your EIN, you receive a 100% refund. We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the application has been submitted to the IRS.
